What is meditation.....?

The process of meditation can take many different forms but the purpose of meditation is always the same to know the self and to know the known.

Meditation is discipline for the mind.

The mind is our best friend and our worst enemy. It is faster than time and space. For all your fears and failures, your mind is responsible and for all your joy and success your mind is also responsible.

Our existence is exactly as we think it is, so its a good idea to be in control of what is going on!

Some people come to meditation for peace and relaxation, some come for increased intuition and others just want to explore the vast and fascinating field of infinite possibilities which we call the mind.

Happiness and contentment come from knowing that you are the master of your own domain, that you know who you are and you choose your thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions. This takes practice and discipline - but it is only through discipline that true freedom can be achieved.

One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is to become aware of the mind which has always been very aware of you!

Classes are held locally and are usually for two hours with the opportunity to discuss your experiences for longer if necessary.
